[Insert some kind of very dramatic gasp here] Wowuuuuu~~ I have not seen the anime or read the manga of what you've drawn but I can tell it is about weir people floating in the sea with jellies and fishies. Wow. I love it. I mean all those details and the shading! The shading and colouring is PERFECTLY DONE completed with the touch of glowing jellyfish and a beautiful under sea pavilion. The texture in the sea looks very sophisticated for some absurd reason and I LURVE the way you did the blonde-ish girl's hair. It's really cute how the schools of fish are not scared to roam through them and the way their clothes and hair swerve up a little.
